Terms of Service
Last updated 15 October 2026
These terms cover your use of TrenchGuard. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Who we are
The site is operated by TrenchGuard ("we", "us"), based in the United States of America. You can reach us at guardtrench@gmail.com.
1. What TrenchGuard is
TrenchGuard is an information tool. You give it the address of a pump.fun token or a Solana wallet, and it reads public data from the Solana blockchain, scores a set of warning signs with fixed rules, and shows you the result. An AI agent writes a summary and answers questions about that result.
TrenchGuard does not hold funds, does not execute trades, and cannot move anything in any wallet.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing on TrenchGuard is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any token. A score, a verdict, a summary or an answer from the agent is information only. You alone are responsible for your decisions. Please read the Risk Disclosure.
3. Accuracy
Reports are produced automatically from public data and can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. A report describes one moment; the chain changes constantly. Text written by the AI agent can contain mistakes. A low score means no major red flags were found at that moment. It never means a token is safe.
4. Using the site fairly
You agree not to:
- get around the daily limits, or use automated tools to make requests in bulk;
- interfere with the site, probe it for weaknesses, or try to reach data that is not yours;
- present a TrenchGuard result as an endorsement, a safety rating or a guarantee, or alter a shared report;
- use the site to break the law or to harm others.
We may limit or block access that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk.
5. Shared reports
You can share a report as a dated snapshot. The token's name shown on a report is set by the token's creator, not by TrenchGuard. A shared report is not an endorsement of the token by TrenchGuard or by the person sharing it.
6. Holder perks
If holder perks are switched on, a wallet holding enough of the TrenchGuard token gets a larger daily allowance. That allowance is the only benefit. The token is not a share in TrenchGuard, carries no right to profit or payment, and we make no statement about its price or value. Perks can be changed or withdrawn at any time. Connecting a wallet only asks it to sign a message; it never sends a transaction.
7. Availability
The site is provided free of charge and as it is. It depends on third-party services, including a Solana data provider and an AI model provider, and may be slow, limited or unavailable at any time. We may change or stop the service without notice.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, TrenchGuard and the people who run it are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from a decision you make using its information, including trading losses. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the site, which is nothing.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America.
